I think Shastriji in CB is lightyears ahead as a father figure than Aditya in AKA. I find the idea of a cheating, jobless, witless man, who snaps at his wife and children when life becomes tough and weeps in a corner while his pregnant wife juggles two jobs and two children, being an ideal father quite humorous.
