Well, its only been a while that the head of the family died and there r celebrations already. Ok, I understand the ceremony is supposed to be big (may be, I don't know;) but aren't the people of the family kinda overjoyed, with the over the top house decorations and overenthusiasm of the family and not even a pinch of sadness in anybody's eyes. I just find it so not practical, what do u guys think??

I agree. It's really odd the way they r celebrating this function. Does such a post like 'Raj purohit' really exist? what does it mean? do trustees of rich temples do things like that? They are acting as though the family 'owns' a lot of temples and it's like a business.
