Everyone is shocked by Dev's reaction. Vish runs off to her room too embarrassed and Dev walks off in the opposite direction. He gets into his car and leaves and roams around at the 'ghaat' where Radhika gave him Vish's letter (Teri Yaad from Namaste London playing in the background). Vaishali looks for him in the whole house and decides to call him but his phone is turned off.
Vish starts packing her bag thinking that she should leave before everyone gets really suspicious of her and since Radhika is also not around she can't blame her mistakes on anyone either. She takes out the jewelry she got as gift and wonders how much it will be worth, probably a few lakhs. Then she remembers Purab saying that to make a movie she'll need atleast 1 or 2 crores. She thinks if she will wait till she collects enough to make a movie by then Dev will drive her mad or everyone will find out the truth and she can't risk that. She wonders why Dev is so upset with her anyway. She is talking to herself when Dadi knocks on the door and she quickly covers the luggage with a blanket. But Dadi sees and explains her that she used to do the same when she was newly married..pack her bags for every little thing.. but soon she realized that it doesn't work all the time on husbands. Dadi tells her not to worry as when Dev comes she will scold him for what he did. Vish does drama of being a nice wife and Dadi is impressed more.
Vaishali is too angry because Dev's phone is still off. She then sees him outside the house and goes up to him. She scolds him for his behavior and asks how dare he be so rude to their choti bahu, especially when he was the one to choose her. She reminds him that when a girl leaves her family and comes to a new house her husband is her biggest support and he cannot behave like this with Vish. She says Vish is not just his wife but also their choti bahu and she won't tolerate such things. Dev finally tells Vaishali that Vish is not their choti bahu. Vaishali is too shocked and asks him to explain. Dev is broken and goes down on his knees and tells that Vish is not the girl he wanted to marry..the girl he loved is someone else. Vaishali is so confused. She asks him what nonsense he is talking (it starts raining). Vaishali says that he was the one who told them everything about the girl he was the one who said she is Shashtri ji's daughter. Dev says that he too was under the impression that the girl he loves is Shashtriji's daughter but he doesn't know how or when he was mistaken like that and how this happened to him. He shows Vaishali Radhika's payal and tells her that he has been carrying around her payal since the day he first met her and all he prayed for was that he'll meet her again and stand her in front of his family and tell them that this is their choti bahu.
Vaishali is still trying to understand the information and tells Dev that he got married to Vish according to all the rituals. He even stopped the kanyadaan and talked to her in private and then only they performed the rest of the rituals. Dev says he was under the impression that the girl he is marrying, putting the mangalsutr and sindoor on is the girl he loved. Vaishali tells him then decisively that he is ritualistically married to Vishakha who is his wife and they didn't raise him with the kind of values where he'll leave his dharm-patni and go after another woman. Dev is angry when he hears it and says the other woman is the girl he loves. He says he won't accept this ritualistic relationship and nothing in the world matter to him more than his love (wow Dev angry at mom for Rads). Vaishali asks if he doesn't care about rituals, his father's honor, or their family's happiness'Dev keeps answering no to everything. He says he doesn't care about anything else and Vaishali slaps him. Dev has a pained expression and Vaishali also looks shocked that she actually slapped Dev.
Cut to Radhika's room
Radhika is folding her clothes (btw her hair is open and she's looking beautiful donno why she has to pleat her hair). Nandu comes to her and Radhika asks why he didn't go with the other children (I think there is some festival going on involving bulls). He asks her how she got hurt and Radhika says she fell. He asks how she fell (lolz) and Rads diverts his attention by tickling him (awww so cute only Nandu can put a smile on her face now). She tells him to go play with the other kids and he says he wont because his toy bull doesn't look pretty like the other kids. Radhika says she'll decorate his bull for him and takes out a ribbon. But Nandu doesn't like it. Then she searches in her drawer for something better and finds the single payal of hers. She puts that on the bulls's neck and Nandu is happy with that. He insists that she too come with him and Rads finally has to agree. She says she'll just tie her hair and he says no because she looks pretty like that (Nandu thinks so much like me). Devki comes there and asks why she gave Nandu the payal as he'll loose it in play. Rads tells her that its pair is already lost so she has no use for it and Nandu is so happy playing with it.
Dev is again roaming somewhere near water and he takes out Radhika's payal and thinks that until her finds her no one will understand his pain.END>
Precap: Rads and Dev are in the same place where the festival is being celebrated but havn't seen each other.
Comment: Dev is seriously obsessed. I never expected he would talk to his mother like that angry and say that his family doesn't even matter to him over Rads. I was just as shocked as Vaishali. I think that scn was worth seeing. And ofcourse tomorrow RaDev are not likely to see each other.. but probably Dev will get Radhika's other payal or see it in Nandu's hand and hopefully that will lead him to Radhika sooner than later.
