Yes got to know the sad news of Dev Anand passing away. One of the legends of Indian cinema have gone away but his memories will live on. He took the mannerisms of Gregory Peck and made them his own.

Actually three generation of my family..my nani (mother's mother), my mother and me have been in love with Dev Anand and this movie is a great favourite of ours...weare also in love with Nutan, the heroine in this movie. So here is one of our favourite songs...

oh god so sad my mom loved him she always talks about the good old black and white movies and the songs of that era dev anand was her fav.didnt know he acted with madhubala also

True he is one of the finest and great actor of Indian Cinema..He is one of my fav actor of yester years and i am reaaly feeling his loss today. His films and specially the wonderful music in his films got me started with old movies..unfortunately this year alone has seen loss of many legendary talents in indian Music and cinema..Dev Anand left a void and he will surely be missed.but we all have his movies and magical songs to chesish.May his soul RIP..

Suraiya was great fan of Gregory Peck and Dev Anand was in love with her that time and she wanted him to be like him ...So in that time Dev anand ,s mannerism had Gregory Peck style ...
