Whatever actions these people have done to harm others for their selfish reasons...same thing will happen to them. Only than hopefully they will repent. Virat is punish...yet he does not think that what he did was wrong because bigger mastermind was Barkha that she should get punished before him. It is role reversal of the saying. "Do to others as you would have them do to you" Same things are happening to Maheshwari as she has done to others for her selfish reasons. This is the only way she learn a lesson...

...And what Mohini did for Maheshwari was also for selfish reasons. It also a lesson. People will tell us do to something...if we are not comfortable we have the power to refuse. That is self control. People may threaten you or attempt harm you but we have to be true to what we believe in and should not be swayed by others. Mohini could have put her foot down and said not...but she had fear and selfish reasons that she may gain something from Maheshwari...be it emotional gain or as Maheshwari promised her foreign perfume...
