Yes she deserves a very harsh punishment.

First her arrogance has to be smashed...then she should start living in the fear of being exposed any moment. Slowly her supporters should reduce. People should point out her as being a bad RPtian who is unable to do any proper justice or work and hence doesn't deserve to be a RPtian. Dev and others should loose their trust on her (including Padma) and keep questioning her. The mystery person too should start questioning her abilities. Barkha should become hyper-frustrated and her real colors should start coming in front of the PF. The image of her being "Epitome of Sacrifice" should be shattered.

Then once her truth comes out...she should be punished. Death would be a easy punishment. Mental asylum, yes that can be an option. She should be thrown out in the roads for suffering!
