yes it was real Radhika only in the car But it was the illusion which Kahna created...So it was Barkha only assuming that it was Radhika driving the car.

and the same happens...when Dev is opening Bak's vrat( when he's giving her water to drink) it was (real)Radhika stading behind. i mean it was the illusion of Barkha that she was assuming that is Radh.

i think it is Kahna who is making Barkha to hallucinate that, that it is real Radh.
so we feel real Radhika's presence sometimes!
