before posting i want to clear things that these are my persnnal views and sorry of if hurts someone felling.
The reasons may be due that the producer of the cb 1 copycut is thet same who had made a new show on zeet at 10 and the story writers is none other than damini shetty the creater of cb1 .so she may have given permission to use her story in the other shOw of the same producer.
And the other main resons is that the writer of the show on color are master in cut copy and paste as they are doing on their other show on star plus which is the copy of star one most popular show
