are you sure thats what the songs called? tried searching for it on google, and the only result i get is for the film: phir teri kahani yaad aye - aane wala kal bas apna hai, but the lyrics u sed don't match...and the songs not the same?

its not a filmy song i guess...they have creted it...but it is really good 😊
