HT-M-Only lead roles for Anuj

TV actor Anuj Sachdeva (above), who currently plays the lead in the soon-to-go-off-air show, Chhanchhan, is not willing to settle for anything but the main character in any future project.

"I will not do a parallel lead. I'll only the main lead. I believe that it is tough to make a choice. With time, people have to bend. How they work depends how they are pitched in the market. Till the time I can, I will make a choice," says Anuj, who has featured in shows such as Sabki Ladli Bebo, and Phir Subah Hogi, and is making his foray into Punjabi films with the recently-released movie, Haani.'

"The film ended in March. The whole film is about two eras. It is about a love story which was left incomplete, and my character manages to complete it later," he says.

Ask Anuj if he's still open to TV, and he says: "I don't mind taking up a reality show or any other show. But it has to be flexible with my timings. In a daily soap, it gets tough to manage."
