I mean, there is not small or big job, but being Borisagar bahu, this job does not suit her. Dog training would help her earn more!

No offence but what's wrong with a receptionist? While working somewhere its quite natural to help out where there is a shortage.. Chhanchhan showed her maturity by taking t in that spirit.

As about the pay, she ll be paid for the post she is appointed to, not the receptionist's pay..

Every job has its dignity. UB is old fashioned enough to ask CC to hide her identity at her job, but as a 21st century woman there's nothing wrong with an office job..

Agree, as a modern woman she is filling the gap in her office. Nothing wrong in that...

That's not her permanent job. The peon said that she'll have to work for the day only as the receptionist had some emergency. I don't see anything wrong with that. I am an instructor but I still offered to fill in for a friend who works as an administrative assistant in the department as she had to fly to Canada for an emergency. I felt it was completely alright to do her job until she returns...

ditto! Our receptionist is pregnant. and when she is on leave (which happens quite often now a days) one of we girls quickly take up the post. And well none of us r bothered about that cz we try to juggle both the reception desk work and some of our own too at the same time if possible!
No1 inside the office consider us the receptionist just cz we r manning the desk for the specific day..having a degree or anything doesn't come to it at all! Its just helping out when needed!

this is specially true for private sector more globalized companies where hierarchies and formal addressing is not used, cz every1 calls every1 with the name and no 'sir' 'mam' happens. So its quite easy to accept these as normal things.
