It's believed the keep away the evil eye. Some people take a dot from their eye liner and place it on the lip or behind the ear.

no nothing like that .. they both have small mole on their right cheek .

its not good luck also ..

but normally if someone looks very pretty other will give a black spot so that there is no evil eye on them .. its just a myth nothing else ..
