So what's new?

We all know about these so called awards. There is total and systemic discrimination against Sanaya. We know that.

However, with all her colleagues singing her praises, they can hardly ignore that, since it would bring into stark reality, the truth of the awards - which have been prejudged by men. Indian men. Who have a personal, vested interest in keeping Indian women subdued and as second class citizens. If this is the current mentality of the Indians, who tolerate this behavior of women, then this is good for them. Because what is tolerated, soon becomes acceptable. This is their mindset.

And as you may have realized, (especially, in this forum and by the treatment given to Sanaya by some so called "fans") there are more than 95% of suppressed Indian women and 97% of Indian men who also have this same kind of mentality.

I'm not really surprised at all, that Sanaya is not even nominated as best actress, in spite of high demand. Sanaya is a global phenomenon, (none of the others can claim this!) who has come on her own despite the blatant discrimination shown to her by an industry controlled by men. An industry rife with corruption and nepotism.

As I see it these awards have less to do with merit and more to do with TRP and channel affiliations. Zee is associated with Gold Awards, and look how many awards the channel and its show and artists got. It is the same in most awards. Each channel promotes it highest TRP garnering shows in the awards they sponsor or telecast. These TV awards and even BW awards are at the end of the day just another TV show and nothing to do with acting skills.

Until Chhanchhan rakes in the TRPs this show or actors will not be recognized. Deepika is a lead of top TRP show.

Of course despite this it will feel good if Sanaya gets acting awards but for that the show has to be a hit show for SONY. Sanaya getting this face of the year award was based on her popularity and I agree it is kind of ignoring her talent by overemphasizing her beauty.

What I don't understand is what does having high TRPs and having a big channel have to do with the art of acting?!! I doubt those viewers care about who wins, they'll just go back to watching shows!! So, why are these award people choosing the easy way out of evaluating these actors?!! Who are these juries who are easily making money without much effort of judging the acting which is more important rather than seeing their ratings?!! See, this is the reason why I wanted to fight for Sanaya after the whole ITA incident!! But I know people are worried about Sanaya and her career!! So, the thought was let go!! Anyways, do these bahus really think they can do other roles?!! Someone like Hina Khan admitted it, she doesn't know if she can do other roles in her recent interview on IF!! Now she didn't seem that confident of herself as an actor!! While bahus are enjoying their fame but when their shows do end, what will happen to them?!!

The awards are biased, don't worry. Indian TV awards are a laugh 🤣 Sanz deserved Best Actress HANDS DOWN, NO QUESTIONS AKSED AND the beauty award. Most versatile and gorgeous actress of Telly ❤️

The biased nature of the Gold awards are pretty much shown. The awards are from Zee so all the awards obviously go to Zee 🤣 The judges are biased, don't worry. She deserves it, and we Sanaya fans KNOW she's the best and how truly humble she really is <3

One day, she will get recognized for her artistic prowess AND sheer beauty. That day will be when Indian Telly awards aren't rigged.

When Vivian Dsena gets "Best Critic's Choice" for Actor in these awards (God 😕) ... Well, let's just not go there. But that shows what kinds of judgements these are.

At least this was better than the ITAs. THAT was a real laugh.

Sanz will get recognized when the Indian TV industry shapes up and realizes what a flawless GEM they have in their hands BAS. Sheer powerhouse of beauty, HUMBLENESS, ACTING SKILL...Need I say more <3

We know Sanaya. They will one day ❤️

The gold awards face of the yr is just for beauty,not acting. U r right,sanaya is worth much more than just beauty and jodi awards n this is what will make her rule tellyworld...the others' destinies depend solely on how well their shows r doing in terms of TRPs. These award shows r hilarious,leaving all the SIs,DDs they gave a popular award to someone who doesn't hv an iota of their talent or popularity n the world knows that

Yes, I believe Boroplus is a brand, right?!! 😕 I think that's why Sanaya made a joke that Boroplus should just make her their Brand Ambassador !! 😆 Poor Sanaya, I feel for you!! 😆 Yes, she is more than just a pretty face, she's a talented actor!! Wake up, people!! 😡😊
