Hey there. Allah refers to Himself as "He" in the Quran. Obviously this doesn't mean that Allah has a gender. We can choose our words in translating the words of God but we cannot touch the divine words. I personally never had a problem with referring to God as "He." This obviously never meant that I perceived Him as a male. He is beyond our imagination!

i used to get angry seeing HE sometimes .. but I understood .. its just a mere use of gender biased language .. in my bangla we dont have gender bias in our language so we can refer to Allah without saying he or she .. but just for english in some Quran translation they used HE .. anyways it doesn't matter as u said above ..
