I'll give a simple answer!! Indian audience love drama!! CC vs Diya aur Bati?!! What show do you think the audience will watch?!! At the same time slot, no less?!! CC is a unique show where there isn't much crying going on because it's portrayed in a more realistic way!! Indian audience don't know what reality means!! When have we heard of an female lead in an Indian
soap who is dog trainer in her profession!! Not that I've seen so far!! I salute Sanaya for trying unique shows!! :)
