Great post. You are very spot on.
I just read his interview and it definitely sounds like he is venting out his frustration. When I read the part where he states that he and Sanaya were not even friends, that irritated me a lot. I understand that sometimes you may not get along with people but he did not necessarily need to be rude about it. All of her co-stars have said she is a wonderful person.
I get that he's upset and like any human being who puts all their effort into their work to only be replaced, he's allowed to be upset and be honest about what actually happened. Unfortunately, this interview of his may not help him in the future, especially when it comes to working with other people and PH. He is right about the politics in the industry and should've kept that in mind when doing this interview. Things like this spread fast in the industry and it will definitely come back to bite him.
I get his anger and frustration but there was a much better way for him to handle it than this. Just from one read of the interview, he threw his co-star and the PH under the bus and that was definitely not cool. These people gave him his first break, he could have at least been a bit more humble.

Nice post ... The thing which is absolutely unforgivable to me , is him bringing her personal life into it , that she did not want him in the show because she wanted mohit ... That is way way below any acceptable limit .
