So far I always felt that the sarabhai family members had well ethched characters ...today for the first time liked the way the 3 brothers and their wives were shown , their characters and traits were shown under the same circumstances ie guessing what does UB want as her last wish ...

Elder brother : very practical and pragamatic . Wife : nice lady ,only concerned about UB's health.

Middle brother : emotionall , most concerned abt his mother. Wife : pcs of art , dreaming of the jewellery she will get post her MIL's death

Younger brother : scheming , worried abt family property and division . Wife: dumb, dumber and dumbest.

My favourite is the middle bro's wife 😊 Beleive me , I have a close relative who starts talking of jewellery distribution EVERYTIME , an elderly person is unwell within the family. She is pathetic and hilarious simutaneously.

Nice post! I liked the brothers and their wives too ... they showed the characterization very well. I find both Ranjana and Sanjana funny for different reasons ... what I like is that none of the bahus seem to be the evil scheming kinds. That is left solely to Uma Ben.

The brothers are another matter ... want to see more of them to figure out what they are actually all about. Except for Manthan, am not fully sure.

the 2nd DIL matches well with the last son... 😆

my fave will be the first DIL.. gentle and caring...

wonder how ub selected these girls to be her DILs..

Yeah , its like a typical large indian joint family with all the characters ...

Lovely post.

Wonder what role These characters will play after CCs entry in the house.

the oldest bahu might become CCs first friend & confidante in her sasural.

Mansi might be the first to actually like CC, but since she is younger, CC might not be able to get too much leverage.

The relationships after her entry will be exciting to watch.

i prefer Sanjana and Ranjana..they r so funny !😆

as for the bros...Manthan is very interesting...

UmaBen really doesn't know how to select a good bahu. Except Kaumudi , no one was worried about her. Ranjana was too busy dreaming of family jewels, and Sanjana is too stupid to comprehend anything. And Manthan - he really shocked me. We know his mummy is doing a drama, he doesn't, and all he can think of is property. In all this, I must say she's been very lucky in her husband, he is such a sweetheart. And Manav too. Although, he is being a mumma's boy, but think about it- his dying mom is asking for something. Granted she's being selfish, but I don't think anyone could fault him there. I guess now Simple and Himanshu will send Mr Borisagar &family to CC's house, where she'll be draped in a saree.
