Hello there!

I just wanted to clear here that when I say Sanaya was "overconfident", I meant that she was overconfident that she can carry a show on her shoulders itself and we all know that makers are trying to cash her fame.

No doubt she is an excellent actress, but she still needs to learn some traits of the trade, she is a good learner and I'm positive that very soon, after giving another successful show, she will be an authentic name in TV industry.

But when did she ever say that she can carry the show on her shoulders? Are you out of your mind?

She only managed and tried giving IPK her best during Barun's absence so that the show doesn't go down!

Please get your facts straight before pointing fingers! You know nothing about Sanaya! And I and every Sanaya fan has trust on our favourite actress that this show will be huge in the coming days!

Dear, Don't say such things in haste.

Sanaya wanted to do something other than a love story and which is not a Saas Bahu rona dona. In short something different from what she did earlier and which she can enjoy, so she chose this show. That is all to it. If the makers are cashing in on her fame then how can it be her fault. And why shouldn't they, she is one of the best actor we have in TV industry today.

Coming to her shouldering the whole show. No fool will ever try to do that in indian TV industry as they know how hard work it is. And I tell you Sanaya is no fool. The main lead opposite her is Supriya Patak who is a very well know actor and has a huge name for herself. Now coming to Manav, even Sanaya didn't know when she signed up who was going to be paired with her. If it was a renowned actor then there wouldn't have been all these speculations that people like you are bringing up. It is the PH fault to cast a new comer next to her and to depend on her skills and fame all together.

I would say being a Sanaya Fan, I am PROUD to say that the PH took a chance with a new male opposite to her because they thought she can shoulder the show alone. That is my Sanaya. THE BEST. But it was there wrong judgement as Farhan ended up being very elementary in acting at the beginning. I could say with confidence if it was a well known actor then show would have received a lot more positivity and popularity.

So please dear, don't point finger at her without knowing anything. She has no need to shoulder the whole show and why will she do that. She has enough limelight attached to her. If there is anyone to be blamed for the situation of the show right now its the PH. I personally think story is just starting. So enjoy if you can.

When did Sanaya say that she could carry a show on her own? Her fans have confidence in her that given the right script she can but I don't think she ever said so. The majority of the cast are experienced TV actors and the PH is a successful one. On signing a show with Supriya Pathak in a parallel lead role I really don't think Sanaya would think that she would be carrying the show by herself or be overconfident that she could.

I don't know what you mean by over confidence, but if you mean a show which is named after her character and the whole story will revolve around Chhanchhan, then why not? Sanaya has got an author backed role in a women oriented show, why should she not take it up. You yourself have agreed she is a talented actress. She has the skills and intelligence to portray this role well. She has NOT bitten more than she can chew, if that is what you are trying to imply.

Which actor in TV industry would not want such an opportunity, and she is one of the leading and most deserving of all. She has worked her way up the ladder and honed her skills to be in this position. She has done lead roles in two hit shows already.

This is not a one person show. Here she is being ably assisted by a good ensemble cast and has Supriya Pathak to lock horns with. The weakest link here is the male lead, who is not able to impress, yet Sanaya is doing her best in those scenes... It is the PH which selects cast, Sanaya has no role there.

This show is relatively new, only time will tell how it will fare, but I will not fault her for taking up a role of an urban, strong, educated, sensible protagonist in a saas bahu genre, though I feel it is more a family drama. Characters like this are few and far between in Indian television shows.

She wanted to do something different from youth shows and love stories. She liked what was narrated to her and she signed up for this project. It is the same script, which an actor like Supriya Pathak also signed. The PH she selected to work with has made successful family dramas before, so they have experience. The rest is not in her hands, she can work hard and give her best, which is doing. She is so focused, that she gave up JDJ, for this show, instead of cashing in her popularity.

Now we have to decide whether we want to watch the show or not.
