1) Where is the setting of the show? The locales look like Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, or something along those lines. Does anyone know the actual location?

2) The flashbacks shown on Friday's show- those are new scenes shown to us, because the show initally starts in the train, when Rishi and Neha start their honeymoon, no? So everything like the "Neha" and Rishi marriage proposal, the Rishi/Kabir deal, and Aditi and Kabir flashbacks are new for us, right?
