I had recently done all my annual blood tests and thank God, my kidneys, liver, heart, blood sugar and all other parameters are fine for now, planning a holiday next month, can go in a happy mood! Do you friends also periodically test yourselves?

Though I have not done any check up recently, but I am on my medicine and doing physical activities. Determined not to give importance to others. My one and only concern is for my children. I want to see them achieve their goals and also know that they set their priorities right. As long as I am alive I want to ensure that they get proper food, good health and long life. That's all.
