Abhi is already an attending (US) / consultant (UK) though. Does he need further training?

Also there is not enough clarity on whether Abhi is a cardiothoracic surgeon or an interventional cardiologist. In the episode where they were operating on Manjari, he said he couldn't operate on valves in which case he might be an interventional cardiologist in that he can do PCIs etc but cannot do valve replacements or CABGs.

I don't think he will go anywhere without Akshara...he needs her to live life.. she is the very air he breathes. So he will take her with him if he ever goes anywhere

I meant If they *Have to* show them living separately I won’t mind it if he goes to get training for valve procedure or something.

I don’t think they ll sweat the details tho.

I know it’s a rough topic for discussion outside this safe zone but they need to flesh out and bolster the music therapy thing a bit more.

1. The amount of love Abhi has for Akshu is unprecedented. I am so happy that Akshu also loves him in equal measure as proven by how distracted and distanced she was when she went to GH for pag phere.

2. I am glad the writers made it clear that Abhi has worked in government clinics and hospitals before so that there were no accusations on what a snob he was and how removed he was from the reality in India.

3. I think Abhi just worries for Akshu because he knows the type of people that she might come across at such a place e.g goons, thugs, etc. Also cockroach show has a new goon so is YRKKH going thay way with Rudra trying to harm Akshu.

4. Is Neil going to fall for Aarohi first? Oh dear Lord!!!!

5. How stupid is Aarohi for trusting Rudra over her own BIL? She might dislike him but he is a good, kind man. He might think she throws unnecessary shade, gaslights the wife he loves to death and is silly but he is a gem.

6. What did you guys interpret AbhiRa's conversation through the glass in the door as?

7. Why do I feel like Rudra will come to that charitable hospital and create issues for Akshara and Abhi will be proven right about how that isn't a place for Akshu. We know he will let her work there. He cannot say no to her.

I didn’t think much of it but I often miss key things like that. Abhi could see and hear Ak but Ak was in the middle of a lot of things and it was noisy/busy.

Here is what I’m hoping.

1. The NGO job is what Ak will pick. Ab won’t like it. But he will agree for Ak like you said. I really hope Ak catches a break with this NGO hospital. I really want her to. Fingers crossed.
2. Ru will get Ar to his non existent hospital and Ar will get Ak there. I’m hoping that is a different hospital. All body parts crossed.

1. Was Neil going to literally touch Abhi's feet? I think Abhi really does adore Neil. Remember how it was Neil who wouldn't give up on AbhiRa getting together. Also Abhi gets so upset when Neil refers to himself as an orphan. I feel like from the precap Abhi might overhear sir insulting Neil and telling him how he isn't part of the family. This would inevitably hurt Abhi.

2. Akshu was crying out of happiness and my boo thought she was upset. So he called in a favour. I was more like OMG Abhi has a friend? Someone he can ask for a favour...for a job...for his wife? Where was this friend at his shaadi? So this friend is "can ask a favour friend" but not a "invite to shaadi friend". Then again I honestly wouldn't invite friends to a celebration with Birlas. They are tooo embarrassing with their constant toxicity.

3. I honestly don't think Abhimanyu is controlling or trying to dictate what Akshu should or shouldn't do. He is just worried for her. He is scared that some not so upstanding character will appear and try to harass her. I understand his concern. Remember the male staff member he told off for staring at the lady. Imagine how he would feel if someone looked at Akshu like that? I love the way Akshara explained it to Shefali because I agree with her.

4. Abhi will always indulge Akshara and give her whatever she wants. Now whether Rudra arrives at that hospital and things spiral out of control or she is harassed remains to be seen. Or they copy cockroach show and goons turn everything upside down also remains to be seen. I mean on cockroach the FL is being harassed and her husband is being framed. If that happens here, Akshu will do anything to save Abhi.

5. AbhiRa methi daana...mirchi..ice cream...Abhi must be so happy that his dreams are finally coming true.

6. Akshu will most likely encourage Manjari to pursue her dreams and Abhi will love her even more for that.

7. Precap - AbhiRa cuteness in the scene on the bed has literally made my heart so happy. They look so cutteeee. Also Abhi calling Akshu to him...

8. I am not going to bash Akshu for not telling Abhi about the adoption. That is not her secret...its Manjari's. Neil being a Birla...OMG Abhi will do everything to make sure Neil gets what's rightfully his. I think Abhi is mature enough to realise that even if Neil is sir's son from the affair, that was never Neil's fault.

Neil might be illegitimate kid of pb....Abhi found out and brought him home...gave him protection.

I have way too many theories.

Abhi and Neil are no Akshu and Arohi… they both have better understanding and love/respect between each other…and Neil is definitely not Arohi for him to suddenly hate Abhi.. in fact I believe he will love and respect both Manjiri and Abhi even more after this.
