Yes, I agree - this is his most well etched out character; also DKP pamper him and actually do treat him like their most precious ML. He gets so much love and appreciation on that set and ge deserves every bit of it.

Actually of all his shows I have watched, Abhi is my most favourite character. I liked Sahir also because I understood the characterisation of Sahir. Adi is a bit difficult to understand because he went through so many stages and then he was ruined sooo badly. Manju loves having Ak around. Ak’s puppy face request to her Manjari Maa was so cute. Manjari recounting their day together to Abhi was so cute.

Akshu so excited and full of plans - while you want to hug her for her positivity I cannot help feel that she’s willingly shutting her eyes to the reality in front of her - an unhappy marriage, a toxic relationship. A party/celebration is not the solution to every problem. Manjari warned her about no celebration and Abhi told her not to push that and Ak went ahead full steam ignoring both.
It’s awesome Ak has an optimistic outlook on life. But is she living in an illusion, preferring that over reality?

I’m only just getting used to how the writers often dip a character’s graph to uncharacteristically low levels to get a track going. So they dumbed her down again. God they even ruined “Pita thosey “ for me.

When Manjari was recounting their day together, I was like thank goodness Akshu ne nahin suna or else she would tell Abhi that because Ma is so lonely when everyone goes to work, she will work from home and do music therapy from home via Zoom or Teams.

Akshu thinks that BHouse problems can be fixed with love and affection. She doesn't realise that the cracks run too deep and the hate and jealousy are too much and cannot just be fixed. Mahima is another Aarohi. I mean I compare them to Akshu and I see why Abhi is sooooo crazy about her and why he just knew she wasn't driving the car that day and why he just knew that she would obviously want to check who was hurt but Aarohi didn't let her. Akshu's basic nature is to be kind, sweet, loving. She is Abhi's sunshine and now even Manjari's. She wants everyone to be happy and filled with joy because that's how she sees the world. Look at how she is with Aarohi despite bring treated sooo badly. She will be the same way with Harsh. She will call him papa, run little errands for him, do whatever he wants just to win him over and Harsh will gloat and tell Abhi that your mother was clingy but now your wife is also such a pain and Abhi will fume.

What I am trying to say is, did they really dip her graph because she is just doing what comes naturally to her. Spreading joy and happiness. She thinks Harsh is uptight and knows he is harsh and rigid but in her head all marriages are like Kaira and MG/Swarna's or AG/Surekha's or now her and Abhi's filled with love and magic so she can't possibly fanthom that sir hates ma and mistreats her. I think for her to see the reality either Abhi has to tell her everything which would mean him reliving his traumas or for her to witness the abuse where Harsh is actually hitting Manjari and she comes in between.

Then we will get a "pehle toh beta hi aata tha aise hamare kamre mein hamare beech tang aadane ab dekho uski biwi bhi aagayi"

I expected Ak to be able to better read the room, notice facial cues, changes to tone of voice ( mujhe pareshan mat karo) and adjust accordingly. They showed her with very high EI initially, ability to read between the lines and understand.

I get nervous when their outfits don’t coordinate because I think that signals a fall out of some sort. Such good looking actors for sure, and they can simply get them casual outfits that fit and they’ll hit gold for sure.

#10 why does everyone think Abhi was planning to go to Chicago with her? I think that’s another trip in the future. Plus passport, visa, rt-pcr details have not been brought up. So I think this was going to be a local outing most likely.
