My analysis of dil se bandhi ek dor jo dil tak jaati hai; pyar ke bandhan bandhe jaati hai:
1. Abhi is soooooo whipped. He is soo so in love with Akshu. She is his entire world; his whole life. His everything. I was having this discussion with a friend yesterday that this Abhi won't be able to live if Akshu goes away; this Abhi might get angry and annoyed at Akshu but he won't be able to go on without her. If Akshu ever leaves him, we will get an Abhi who is so broken, so lonely, in so much pain that the AbRohi track walla Abhi will seem less painful to watch. Remember that during that time, he didn't have the memories that Akshu is giving him now.
Anyways, so Akshu takes him for their photo shoot but the nurse comes and takes him away.
2. Akshu is so understanding. I feel that she will always support him and never come in the way of his career; just like he will always support her and be her biggest cheerleader when we get the professional singer track.
3. Uffff CUTEST PHOTOSHOOT on an ITV show feat. the leads EVVVVEEERRRRR.
4. So the kid tells Akshara that he saw Aarohi at the accident spot; Akshu tries to talk to Aarohi and the penny drops...WHAT IF their car hit the mother of the one person who is her EVERYTHING? What if they were responsible? Before Aarohi can answer Anand sir conveniently for Aarohi takes her away. So we get an Akshu who is now so anxious and so worried.
5. Abhi, who has been talking to his PI and agrees to pay the man with the CCTV footage, finally finds Akshu and firstly saves her from falling because she trips. He asks her what happened because we know his radar is always on when it comes to Aarohi gaslighting his Akshu. Akshu makes some excuse. How I wish she would have shared her anxieties with him. I realise she is scared because of how he reacted after Manjari's surgery.
6. The last scene...Abhi pouring his heart out and my heart breaking a tad because he is sooo in love with her. If she turns herself in as being responsible for Manjari's accident, he will break. He loves her sooooo much. If she pulls out of the wedding thinking that she might be jinxed or cannot be trusted around mothers especially the mother of the man who is her most precious and priceless gift from Kanhaji; he will literally break. He thinks she is so lovely. He loves her soo much. As he says all this, she stands there numb and perhaps breaking as she wonders what will happen if Manjari was hit by their car.
Special mention to HC and his tone. Where are those people who say he talks like a kid. This isn't talking like a kid. This is talking with your voice full of love and affection. Then when he tells Akshu she is so pyaari and koi kaise pyar nahin kare tumse; his tone is sooo soft and emotional.
Pranali and how she portrays Akshu's worry, fear and anxiety. She doesn't want to lose him.
If Akshu stops the shaadi.....if Abhi breaks; I will spend ages crying with them.
Why do I feel like Akshu might turn herself in and refuse to come out until Abhi gets proof that it wasn't their car. There has to be drama.
I know those of you who are more optimistic than I, think that Abhi will take it all out on Aarohi but he will then have to figure out that she had ODed. Why do I feel like Aarohi might blackmail Akshu.
7. The slap....THE SLAP....Akshu slapped Aarohi for saying "nobody died". She is so traumatised by Sirat's death that she doesn't want her Abhi to have to go through the same thing.
P.S. in this scene, I honestly felt like Pranali looked like Raveena Tandon. I don't know why but I just kept seeing a tiny Raveena. Just me?
