Aryan Cruise Case:

Is to take revenge of animosity between Srk and BJP

Is cover up of Mundra-Adani port 3000 Kg drug seizure

Is distraction from UP Farmers' daylight murder

Is deviating the public from the upcoming Power crisis...

SRK fans will try to bring 100 of reasons as to why this is happening to Aryan.

But its so hard for SRK fans to think about one small possibility that maybe Aryan does drugs and even if he does.. he hasn't committed a SINISTER crime. Its a very common youth problem. IF and I am saying IF he is taking drugs why not this can be a wake up call for his better future. How close are SRK fans with Aryan to know his personal life.

Honestly, imo, one should not concenrate on one political party when it comes to the whish of destroying SRK ... yet using the animosities of certain parties/people and a certain kind of thinking is just a humanity-old tool.

I'm not addicted at the thought that it is (only) the BJP behind the framing of Aryan...

And no for Aamir - he is in no way a challenge ... he is just a prolific Indian film(super)star and a filmmaker (with his fan following and certain ambitions).

Just read your recent post, Zeal, and obviously, you have a point: we don't know Aryan and he could very well use drugs...

BUT

he did not give ANY reason to the NCB to arrest him and to put him into custody, because he did not break ANY law this very day at this very raid! So, he legally was clean!!!

I'm with you that he on the day of cruise hunt was clean. Had no drugs, had taken no drugs. But and there is a but.. there is a possibility of him taking drugs which is prima facie based on what NCB told in the court.

WhatsApp conversations which we don't have access to.. Which NCB had seen and during questioning Aryan did take a name of Aachit.

Forget on the legal grounds... He has drug dealers in circle and there could be a possibility of him taking drugs. Once you have this possibility in perspective.. this entire NCB Vs Aryan Khan looks a bit Absurd.

I'm not a SRK hater.. have been on BWF for almost 10 years now.. and have been close to Srk fans on the forum and have been part of Aryan threads growing up. So this "Aryan cant be that kid" is quiet obvious expression.

Honestly I'm not jumping the gun and calling Aryan druggist or even he took drugs. But this doubt the entire world but not Aryan is a bit outlandish and celeb worshipping.

As I'm not in "worshipping" I can relativize any hype...so I'm not hyping the idea of one party against SRK or hyping Aryan being always the good boy.

That doesn't change the fact, that, legally, NCB had NO reason to keep Aryan in custody, even not with some ALLEGED connection with someone, one found with a very small amount of marihuana (for personal consumption) and ONE expression of "bulk quantity" in a chat protocol a year AGO.

If ever NCB thought to get to suppliers through Aryan, they could have put him under bail so that he would be available for further investigation. But he was put in custody with doing NOTHING WRONG for now a week! That is bending the law by a department that represents the law...it's simply a no-go.

You didn't had to put alleged in caps. I get it. The middle parah again you are stuck with the mindset about NCB is trying to frame Aryan. Whereas, from my perspective.. NCB isn't fighting an Individual. Its trying to fight with a society peril. It wants to break the supply network.

Anyways I just noticed one thing.. first you started with NCB got played by BJP. But now you are saying NCB has bad intent in mind w.r.t to Aryan.

Are you sure we aren't running in circle?

As far as I'm aware, drugs (including Marijuana) consumption and possession are illegal in India . However, is there a law that states this much quantity is permissible? Why is this being argued that the quantity of drugs captured was very less - both for Merchant and the person the kid named...

Zeal, don't misunderstand me please... I still think that NCB got used to get to ShahRukh and that the framing and set-up wasn't the NCB's fault...

BUT

the moment they got aware of Aryan not having drugs on and in him and not having a very precise (recent) chat about buying drugs, the NCB should have released him or ask for bail after 24 hours.

They did not and THAT's the moment the department's chief failed to do his duty (already tarnished by letting two privte individual participate at the raid).

I wrote alleged the way I did because the NCB called Aachit a supplier (for Aryan) without ANY proof.

What did the NCB do when they got aware that there were no grounds to keep Aryan in arrest? They wrote a memo of arrest putting the whole group as one accused although knowing that - from a legal point of view - they put Aryan in the situation of "cling together, swing together" which is more than questionable.

I think there is certain normalization of drugs consumption going on in society.. Like Ittu sa hi kara hai for recreation, for partying and all.

I don't know maybe I am living under the rock and not aware of such permissible quantity level. I cant even think about drug consumption.. mere hath mai ciggrette dikh gyi thi market mai to bawaal hogya tha ghar pe even when I was just holding it for my friend. Drugs to dur ki baat.

The real problem isnt the quantity. NCB is trying to capture where is this small quantity sourced. They dont wanna fight the branches but get to the root of the problem.

Going to the roots is what they said (and it may be their goal) - still they should do it in a correct way.

With Aryan, they bended the law which definitely makes everything the NCB did shady and objectionable.

Well, Maneshinde has approached the court he should have approached already the 4th. Hopefully the hearing for bail will be on Monday.

Have a nice weekend...in a comforting surrounding and a righteous mind.
