A lawyer friend says in Indian court or any court of any country only those win who have the best lawyer by their side.
And best lawyer is not the one who is most expensive or even more experienced.
Best lawyer is the one who knows the police and court procedures.
He told the story of a murder case that dragged for 3 years all the while the accused being an undertrial in jail. The guy being from a rich family hired experienced and expensive firm and those guys couldn't get him out at all even on bail.
Then they were recommended a guy who got the hearing secured within a week for bail. Got the bail in that hearing and in the next three hearings got the charges changed to accidental death with a small bribe to the right person and sentence equal to time already served.
All because the guy knew and understood police procedures and court procedures.
Ofcourse the case was not high profile as the accused was not a celebrity.
My friend says all it took NCB was to detain all with a single fir and same charges to ensure Aryan does not get bail.
It's a standard delay tactic that police use extort money. Club those against whom they don't have evidence with those they have evidence for.
It's surprising that satish maneshinde did not know that a single FIR with same charges means all will be facing the same outcomes.
Even more surprising is that he filed for interim bail in a court that cannot provide it.
Does he even want Aryan to get out or he is bothered about the money he gets to make with every hearing.
Pls add Chiilii to CC.
That's what surprised me. Did Manshinde not know this was not the right court?
