Now looks like even the judiciary is being used by the ruling state govt to get their way. I am more disappointed with the centre, their silence and just hollow talks condemning the attack.

Even state BJP, only 3-4 are protesting, if they want, they can create a big storm but they are all just silent which means backdoor deals have been made.

I am sorry but public servants acting like servants of political goons is so alarming and un-democratic, if this is allowed, then there is no place for justice.

Next, they are waiting for KR, 2nd summon is already out and Sanjay Raut is tweeting like a middleman on behalf of Javed Akhtar.

Sameet, Pradeep Bhandari, and Sunaina are all being harassed.

Meanwhile CBI, NCB have all gone silent, what happened in between. This all happened, the day after Sanjay Raut and Dev Fadnavis met. what happened in the SSR case, Drug case

Showik is using this chance to get bail again.

So just reading that Arnab is not getting Bail , It is clear now that it was all preplanned to put Arnab in jail. Just day before I read officials were saying that they won't let Arnab spend Diwali at his home, he will remain in jail, and came true with way court process is going. All this bz Arnab spoke against that UT ,his little lamb and Dawood. Won't know Dawood is so powerful that India's judicial system will run for him. 😈

I know this may sound wrong, but when you don't get justice n system that is suppose to protect one , works against you , then there won't be surprise if people get it by other means, that's how revolutions start and I do get why - Get it ur own way !

n a huge disclosure on Friday, senior advocate Harish Salve revealed that Republic Media Network's Editor-in-Chief Arnab Goswami had been warned of consequences. Appearing for Arnab before the Supreme Court in the matter challenging the initiation of proceedings for the breach of privilege, Salve stated that his client was told, "You abused us, you will spend Diwali in jail".

Mentioning that "Arnab is being threatened and questioned', he informed the apex court, "Case after case after case being filed against this man". He added, "At times, constitutional courts have to see the reality and not the smokescreen".

As Arnab is set to spend his third night in jail, this clearly indicates a vendetta by the Mumbai Police and the Maharashtra government. The Supreme Court granted him protection from arrest in connection with the breach of privilege case.

Pulling up the Maharashtra Assembly Secretary for his attempt to intimidate Arnab for approaching the SC, it issued notice to the former to show cause within two weeks as to why contempt should not be issued against him in terms of Article 129 of the Constitution. Meanwhile, the Bombay High Court bench comprising Justices SS Shinde and MS Karnik will continue hearing the bail petition of Arnab at 12 pm on November 7.
