How can it be concluded from a dead body that whether it was a suicide or a homicide? Just curious.

AIIMS is sold. The doctor is declaring whatever he is taught to speak. Day by day losing all my hopes on this case and I am afraid gradually CBI will back off too. Sushant's case has shown us lots of things- we've seen that how a dead person's own family members can be bashed back and forth just in the process of demanding for justice, they are being name called and what not. We have seen that how a dead person can be bashed by many people and be isolated even after his death by his own so called industry friends. Indeed the entire case has shown us many things. There was never ever such outrage by the public before. I disagree, if even after protest ssr cant get justice, then crimes will definitely increase.

This is what they have achieved and we should congrats them. It is win for them.

I know that we have to wait for CBI report but..

It’s so obvious that they all want to hide something.Leave aside everything,I just cannot brush off people close to him giving different narratives in different channels.Nothing is summing up.

Evidences being tampered with,Flat not being sealed and I was already kind of prepared for worst when reports kept on coming that the samples with aiims have been tampered with.Still,still we were hopeful since we reached here.💔

If it is indeed a case of tragic suicide,the reason behind it is not so simple.Starting with slowly killing the dreams of a bright guy by planting vile blinds and bullying him.And not giving him his due.Shouldnt he get justice?

About news channels,less said the better.Those who supported suicide theory are literally gloating with the aiims report news.Do they forget that a life has been lost here?Times now is the worst,the very first people who brought in the exclusive news of homicide theory taking a u turn🥱And Republic has just not covered anything yet.

Media has been insensitive from day 1.Can never forget cameras zooming over and reporters surrounding his grieving father asking him how he feels:((((

I am so sure that he is in a much much better place now❤️

Will we never get to know what happened 48 hrs before his death?This is going to haunt me a lot💔💔💔

Unfortunately,towards the end he will be given the tag of a troubled person who lost himself amidst fame.The same old narrative.It hurts a lot.When such a hardworking and disciplined person is known as a wreck and even more worse meets this end.I feel even more terrible seeing him bashed after his death.

I won’t be surprised if we will have biopics on lines of “Woh Lamhe”for him in a few years and of course whitewashing of the eternal lover

And the people around him..pro team.Firstly how creepy is it to have a team who records private videos like that

And Rhea,leaving everything aside,How could she even record those videos and leak them where he seemed so vulnerable?And block him like that?Thats more than enough for me to not warm up to her

My heart goes out to his father.Everyone is gonna move on,everything will be back to normal,nepotism will continue.We are just not going to see him again,it hurts,it hurts a lot.We know how things work but we just cannot change the system like that.All this justice and truth seems good in movies only.

Some things surely don’t make sense.For me,Sushant’s demise is one.I just know that he didn’t deserve this ending,not like this .I wish he survived somehow😭I can never forget him ever.I can never get over that smile.Seeing those pics with garland in Jantar Mantar today just broke my heart even more

Forensic pathology. I know the gist but I lack the in depth knowledge. It's analysis of different aspects, like position of body, position and pattern of wounds and blood splatter, the style of noose incase of hanging, strength and flexibility of the material used for hanging, the method of hanging itself, distance between some surface area and from the point hanging occurred, height of the victim and resulting body position. Any defensive wounds or any other wounds or marks which are not aligned with the manner of death, any presence of suspicious ingredients in the stomach, bladder or blood and tissue samples. How and when the rigor mortis started and manifest itself. Etc etc.

Medical science can easily prove the elements suspicious death but human conscience and integrity is cheapest thing to buy. If Cooper doctors and Maha Police were not so easily purchasable, we would have been following the murder trial in the court at this moment instead of beseeching for the inquiry itself to begin.

Read my comment again, I have told that SSR most likely won't get any justice like Divya Bharti, Parveen Babi and Jiah Khan didn't. That's true that even after Sushant's death a few more people died who tried to speak up on his death which are declared as accidents, but the mafias won't be able to take a life of an established actor so easily, because now they know that it's much more difficult to deceive people's eyes now. Hope you're getting my point now.

Either ways, I am not one bit surprised. Let down, yes. But not surprised. I think we all had this fear and we all were hoping against hope.

I want no other leaks to come out in public domain now. All the agencies should come out clean and give answers to the family and everyone who were so hopeful of them.

We are sorry sushant. Nobody , who you called friends, girlfriends, well-wishers stood up for you. Even if you have claimed your life, nobody even tried to know why. Nobody cared. If you were killed, they all know by whom and yet showed you their back and those who did care, have no money and power so it's mundane.

All of our worst fears are coming true.

Everyone is saying we should wait for the official report from the agency, or at least wait till cbi comes clean with their findings. So I will hold on to that last rope of hope. But I have mentally prepared myself for the worst, for injustice to win against money and power.

Yes. I started believing in murder theory late. It is not because Arnab said so. It is because of the witnesses he brought on the show and their behaviour on his show.

I can't forget, how Pitani was continuously changing his statements and finally took off his mike on the show.

I can't forget Sandip Singh's lies on the show, when Arnab was interviewing him with Ishkaran and that lady (who was Sushant's friend).

I can see the discrepancy of the Cooper hospital between doing post-mortem of Disha and Sushant (for one, body was kept for more than 24 hours for Covid protocol, other was not).

CCTV footage missing.

Basic protocol of keeping the death spot untouched was not followed.

Rhea's hypocritical behaviour. (Eternal lover changing to blaming him and his entire family).

None of these things were made up by channels. (I did not speak about repainting the wall and and bed height adjustment, what's app chats or Rhea blocking Sushanth. Those were reports). Then how can I blame any channels for misleading?

Thanks for adding these points.....I had forgotten about them when i commented on why I believe its a murder and will continue to do so, despite what the agencies or channels say.......
