AIIMS report is only a forensic expert opinion ! It plays a vital role in all cases.but in Ssr case it's not the first body to conduct postmortem or to do any analysis ...its just cross referring the previous official report and analyzing the existing evidences which is only 20% available in Ssr case.so this will not act as only strong evidence because someone mentioned here that AIIMS did mentioned the defaults like time of death missing,which is a criminal negligence which requires a strict action...

If whatever Arnab said is true yesterday ,that section 302 will be registered by CBI then there is a discrepancy between CBI And AIIMS which is acceptable on the law of court as AIIMS has lack of sufficient samples and CBI points will be taken into action...CBI has to support its final report of investigation and only if CBI states that there is no maligning then the case gets closed..its not the joint statement by CBI & AIIMS..its from AIIMS alone....

Either ways, I am not one bit surprised. Let down, yes. But not surprised. I think we all had this fear and we all were hoping against hope.

I want no other leaks to come out in public domain now. All the agencies should come out clean and give answers to the family and everyone who were so hopeful of them.

We are sorry sushant. Nobody , who you called friends, girlfriends, well-wishers stood up for you. Even if you have claimed your life, nobody even tried to know why. Nobody cared. If you were killed, they all know by whom and yet showed you their back and those who did care, have no money and power so it's mundane.

I hope you are watching this. All of this.

I don't know what I'm hopeful for now. I have learnt my lesson to not hope for justice for anyone in this corrupt real world...its only a myth. All i can believe is that all the criminals do pay for their crime at least on the other side.

Sush...your death rattled people and how! That itself is half justice i believe, for people who thought wiping you out will be tagged with no consequences. But I'm sorry too that the remaining half justice may not see the light, though you deserved it.

At this I don't care what anyone is saying, be it CBI or government or media or anyone. I know that child was targeted, harassed and abused. Everyone played a part in this systematic lynching of an innocent soul.

My heart, my conscience, my maternal instincts tell me that child was maligned, bullied, cornered and injured. Who put the noose around his neck, I would never know. All I know is I will always curse those people who harmed him, I will pray for their destruction after every namaz.

So if not for justice now, in this life time, then there will be scorching justice in another time dimension.

AIIMS is sold. The doctor is declaring whatever he is taught to speak. Day by day losing all my hopes on this case and I am afraid gradually CBI will back off too. Sushant's case has shown us lots of things- we've seen that how a dead person's own family members can be bashed back and forth just in the process of demanding for justice, they are being name called and what not. We have seen that how a dead person can be bashed by many people and be isolated even after his death by his own so called industry friends. Indeed the entire case has shown us many things. Divya Bharti, Jiah Khan, Parveen Babi never got their justice, so is happening with Sushant as well. But at least in his case we've seen drastic movement by the general mass. There was never ever such outrage by the public before. From now on the mafias will think twice before killing off a well established actor just like that, coz it's not so easy to deceive the eyes of the public and the media nowadays.

I didnt understand till now why and what are the reasons that Ssr should not get justice..whatever that they are protecting at the cost of people lives and the play by media houses is killing the evry spirit of this Nation..be it Hatras case or Ssr everyone are bringing out a narrative which pushes away the victims and bring the political agendas to the forefront..And from then these political leaders take a front row! When Nirbhaya was raped no one was discussing which and what party is taking the limelight but in current scenario it's always the limelight..I couldn't see anywhere the pain of a victim is discussed..be it Ssr case,his family was maligned continously for seeking justice and filed a FIR against their suspicions. And they were dealt otherwise! And now suddenly in Harthas case Gandhi's are given more importance.. but why..what do we lack..the sensitivity and rationality! Why ..because we are misdirected every time for thier own agendas..The day we let our inner demons die and shall seek only truth unanimously ,only then such a outcome is possible in this world!!
