Omg😲😲😲, dear Nado, how did this mishap happen, so sorry to hear this. If you have broken your arms means at least three to four months in sling and then physiotherapy! Do a scan or xray of your back too to assess the damage, if any. This year is truly catastrophic, my dear Nado, will your work suffer, apart from the daily handicap at home. I know how tough it is, was bed ridden for three months in March and on walker. So 2020 attacked you personally too!

Now that it has happened, praying for your speedy recovery and sending you many healing hugs!🤗🤗

OMG Nado it is really unfortunate accident. This year is not good at all for anything. Praying and wishing for your speedy recovery. As Vibha rightly said you have to wait for 2-3 months to fully recover. I hope your work won't suffer. Take care dear🤗

Hello and Good Evening Rainbow Friends,

I came yesterday early in the morning. This train journey was pleasant as well as taught a good lesson. The Governments are really implementing SMS i.e Sanitation, Mask and Social Distancing but it is upto the people to practice and implement in order to keep ourselves protected and safe.

I want to share this my special train journey from my home to Visakhapatnam. Firstly I was assuming since it is carona times there might be less trafic on roads and started from home before 1 hour and was getting stuck in jams on and off. If the traffic was less I would have reached station within 45 mins.

Lesson: Even Corona time could not control Traffic😆I should have started 1 and half before.

Once entering station there is thorough check-up and police are not allowing people to accompany the travelers to see off, so the passengers need to carry their own luggage upto train.

Lesson: Minimal luggage is best. (In this department I was up to the mark)

The Railways stopped elevators and porters, passengers need to take stairs to change platforms carrying their luggage.

Lesson: Those who cannot walk or climb need to stay back home. (Here I failed as I could not climb stairs as before due to less time and loss of energy staying back at home made me less energetic) I got exhausted and entered immediate compartment as soon as I got down from stairs to catch my breath(I was carrying my luggage though not much but still I should remember this in future)

Less crowd in compartments and platforms (through out). Only packed food, drinks and confectioneries are sold. Very Less stalls operating in platforms.

Lesson: The existence of COVID is there, fear is also there but one need to stay energetic, healthy and active to travel. One should not travel unless necessary. Carry food and others from home. Cover fully and carry all protective devices including water (warm or cold) from home.

The above situation is everywhere and every city.

Yesterday I got little busy with some personal work hence could not come here.
