Good morning!

Yes Padma, the countdown begins, it's new year's eve, earlier there would be such excitement and I remember last year, how boisterously we welcomed the new year, little knowing what it held for us! I was ill, met with an accident, bed ridden, shocked and numbed as everyone by the advent of Covid, a universal catastrophe, overworked and in short, like everyone else, bewildered and lived like morons. We lost so many precious lives and houses have been rendered asunder due to covid and other disasters, illness. Very bad and devastating year indeed, looking forward to some hope, some normalcy in the new year!. Together with remorse and fear, let us count our blessings of our family being safe and unscathed by this virus and thank God for his benevolence.

Days are moving forward, its already 1 week, an important person of our family disappeared in this last part of the highly unfortunate year. Fate and God proved that we are mere humans and nothing in our hands!

Just came to tell you that we are all fine and well. I thought that I will not be able to sleep last night, but I did, and was wake up in the morning by new quake ( 4,7)around 6,15 am...followed by two more at6,26 am (4,8) and at 6,29 am (3,9) Epicentre is in the same area (about 50 km from Zagreb) that was truly destroyed and devastated yesterday. My heart was breaking for all those people there while I was watching TV... That EQ yesterday was the most horrible one that I experienced in my life. I know that it will take time for the earth to settle, but it is such a terrible feeling, when you do not know if it will strike again, and when, and how strong... so, we are trying to continue with our lives the best we can, while expecting what will happen next...this year was a horrible one and it is ending in the same way...I always try to be optimistic, but it is not easy under all those circumstances.

I hope that you are all fine. You are all in my thoughts and prayers ❤️

Yes... this year made us realize that nothing in our hands, we are quite helpless on many occasions in life!

Yes Madi, extremely unfortunate that at the fag end of this year, you lost an adorable and revered family member. You now have an angel to bless and protect you and as time passes you will find him nearer to you than before, be strong, be blessed🤗
