I don't know if those were cigrettes or anything else. But how does it even matter. God it is messing with my head now. If he were alive he would have been arrested too if he used to have drugs! I would have full on supported thr arrest. But what purpose does it serve? That he along with her is smoking God knows what? How is it making her less culpable. ? She has been arrested for procurement and consumption. That's what she's been doing here!

It looks like Haokip to me...which was only with SSR till June-July of 2019 and then it might just be normal cigarettes as Haokip have said it again and again in his interview that Sushant never did drugs or anything of that sort till he was with him.

Guys look carefully the girl on the Sofa behind is not wearing a mask...she even scratches her nose/lip area, it just the white cast of the sun on her face...the video is from last year when Samuel was his manager and you can hear and even see in the subtitles that Samuel says it Tobacco!

WTF! where are all these recordings coming from. Seriously, I am weirded out by all the “proof” people are releasing to get themselves out of this mess. They are trying now to prove sushant smoked weed, so the drugs in question ie weed was for him/personal consumption.

But it still doesn’t exonerate Rhea under abetment to suicide. She, herself said she was going to the docs, etc with him, she was administering prescribed drugs, etc. So, if she was acting as primary care taker why would she procure weed even for personal consumption.

this further proves the family’s case that she and the company he was keeping was absolute trash, . I can see that he was either given prescribed meds or smoking weed ( which brings on the munchies, and you get so hungry, and it leads to weight gain and sleepiness).

I firmly believe they video taped him for this very moment that if he ever left, they could take him down with them, and that’s exactly what is happening. I am not saying sushant was perfect, but this company he kept, it was to use his name and fame to do what they want and keep him entrenched in their BS.

i hope the family/ Vikas don’t comment on this. This isn’t the charges they brought, it’s NCB. They should be concerned only with abetment of suicide, which is very much on the table

Yes even I thought so. I saw this video three times just to reconfirm.

Not that tobacco is healthy. But it is stated it is tobacco.

What a sinister thing to do! The video is released to show he smoked drugs. When nobody can tell what was rolled inside.

And even if it was hash or whatever , why on earth is it being recorded. 😳 Don't they fear it might come out and drugs are *illegal*?

All these videos out the moment someone got arrested and probably about to get bail?

The investigation was on for days now under NCB so why now?

I checked again...you can even see the girl's lips, she doesn't have a mask on and Samuel doesn't have any reason to lie on record...if he was he would have kept quiet and hid somewhere not intentionally came into limelight bringing Sara into focus, who no one suspected to be in a relationship with Sushant before he posted about it.
