I do think Dr. Swamy nailed it in his interview yesterday. Subjudice was a legal term that began in England due to the fact that a jury uneducated of law was suppose to judge the case from a naked eye. In both England and India a jury no longer exist. It is a judge the makes a decisions and he has to write it in a complex legal format justifying it by precedent and statues. It was dangerous with juries because they can get influenced and not be able to judge it with a neutral eye. But in areas that have gotten rid of juries there is no way a media trial can influence a case. The people who are afraid of media propaganda are afraid that is it authentic and will reveal ugly truths about the. Also they want to bury this case so people forget about justice SSR and move on.

Let me say this America is the one of the few nations that still has a jury system. Despite that Harvey Weinstein got a media trial during the #metoo movement as did Roger Ailes. If it is a high profile case it will be covered because it includes big names. They need to accept that reality.

Rhea gave information that Sushant went on a solo trip on 2018 with boys only. Rhea said that "If people had said that Sushant spent money on me, then he even spent money on boys. He planned boys trip on 2018 to Thiland and he spent 70 lakhs." Now the fact here is completely contrary to what Rhea claimed that earlier he spent money on boys only, which is not really a complete truth. Back then Rhea and Sushant were not dating if I'm not wrong.

This issue is not directly linked to the case, but if I look at this matter from my point of view then I am seeing it this way- since Rhea was a close friend of Sara, hence Rhea got to know how Sushant was as a man to his girl and how he treated his ladies, so based on that when Rhea got to know about his dedication towards Sara and all the details including spending money, Rhea started to hit on Sushant after he and Sara splitted. Rhea literally started taking advantages of him since she already knew his soft spot, so he became her prey easily. If you can connect the dots to picturize it.

Right no body dragged Sara. It's only bz of Rhea's interview where she lied about Boys only trip , Sara's name came up. Many reporters even knew that though but they kept quite. But to debunk this theory, Sara's name was revealed.

While dating parting is personal decision but I felt bad for Sushant how Sara's family was dismissive of Sushant, I mean stop ur daughter in beginning itself then ? And making it seem obvious by giving Shi*** statements on National television , it was outright demeaning. They are so proud of air around them infact they are really classless to mock him in public. It was sad to hear Samuel share how it effected Sushant.

Sara is no less. If you can't utter word, then atleast keep low for some time, you don't have to show whole world how NOT affected you are. She came across as COLD. And to be honest after seeing her attitude , I m kinda content her name was splashed specifically for her narcissist family who thought Sushant was too low to be associated with her.

This. Exactly that's the point, but mostly Rhea has been blabbering nonsense whenever she is opening her mouth. She didn't even hesiate to tell the media that she said "sorry" to dead Sushant coz his death became a joke. How come his death became joke on the same day he died? This point was caught by Arnab Goswami too and he highlighted about it. So many lies by Rhea, so many unnecessary claims that it would be really better for her own sake if she decided to shut her mouth for the time being. Ab toh bechaari khud hi apne jaal mei fass rahi hai.

She was indicating he wasn't only spending money on her but also on his normal trips as he used to live life king size. This was to point he had habits on spending money on trips etc and it's wasn't (her) who made Sushant spend money.

I also suspect , she intentionally didn't mention Sara's name , so media could catch her statement n figure out he did all that for Sara Infact. Hence proving her theory stronger , that SSR has habit of spending money on his ladies. Cunning 😈

Rhea's logic that Sushant spent money on his Male friends also, so it's fine if I loot his money just sounds like,

Sushant used to donate money for so many charities, so me (Rhea), a middle class girl, took his money for my drugs and other expenses. Please consider these as another charity work by Sushant 😆
