MUMBAI: Prateek Sharma's banner LSD Films are all set to bring a new show on Star Plus.

TellyChakkar's reliable source informed us about the development. The project will be in the genre of romance.

We contacted Prateek for his confirmation, but he maintained a No comments' stance. The show is in the initial stage and extensive pre-production is in the pipeline.

In addition, LSD Films is busy with a supernatural show on Zee TV tentatively titled Mohini. The show was earlier titled Chudail. We had exclusively reported about Rishton Ka Chakravyuh fame Ankit Siwach being finalized to play the lead role. The makers have approached Reyhna Malhotra, who rose to fame with her negative role in popular show Ishqbaaaz, to play the female lead.

MUMBAI: Sony Entertainment Television's Dil Hi Toh Hai, which was launched with pomp and show, is likely to bid adieu its viewers.

The Balaji Telefilms' show, which features Karan Kundra and Yogita Bihani in the lead roles, is apparently going off air by next month.

According to our sources, the team will wrap up its shoot by mid-October. Due to low ratings and high budgets, the channel will probably pull the plug on the show.

We buzzed Karan Kundra, but he remained unavailable for comment.

Anyway, I dont know why the ratings were so low, but DHTH was a decent show.

But yes, EK's usual shows are like this.
