It was only the first episode and since the makers tried to show Prerna as a very bubbly & cheerful girl and we are used to seeing the subtle Dr. Sonakshi Bose, it seems like she is trying hard to be the bubbly girl. There is always a resistance to change initially. Once the pace of the story settles down and they concentrate more on each character's part, our supergirl is going to shine like anything and make the character of Prerna her very own and people are going to acknowledge her natural acting prowess. It is just a matter of time. The makers gave a nice start to Anurag's character by showing him as a level headed guy inspite of being a very rich man's only son and hence they showed his scenes at a much slower pace & took their time to bring out Anurag's character traits & establish his basic personality in the first episode itself and hence Parth was able to stand out amongst that fast paced scenes they showed in the first episode. I wish they had concentrated on Eri's scenes also in the same way. Layers of shades of Prerna still has to be unravelled and I think we may get to see that in a more sedate & paced out manner in the next few episodes.
