Really not required, as I said. I didn't find what Nandy said or what I said or what you said a very big deal. As far as I'm concerned, we're all having a normal conversation. 😊

I didn't quite get it. This girl is a MTV vj. She was invited for Ted Talks, it was not as impressive as the rest, but I liked one or two things she said. Nakul said the quality of Ted has gone down. She replied to that. It is IF big news! 😆 Just wanted to know what I missed, since I don't know about this girl and frankly if the quality of talks has gone down, she is not the only reason.

Heck Salah could potentially miss the world cup because of this. As the captain of RM he should have been punished..but naah..it's real Madrid..they won't do anything to him

Only thing will be the fake sympathy that RM players show Salah..

Since it was my comment that started the shit storm, I feel the need to add my two bits to the topic..even though I had initially decided not to

Apologies for adding to the topic even thought it was decided not to comment on it anymore

And apologies if anyone gets offended coz this is my personal opinion on what transpired here and no offence is intended towards anyone

The initial reaction to my request could have been avoided but I am with chick on this one..that it didn't come across as rude to me atleast..but looks like a few others did find it rude. Makes you realise that people have different perceptions..

Similarly I don't know about others but I found the counter reaction stronger than required..again I am pretty sure it wasn't intended that way and is simply a case of different perception like the first one

The only reason I am stating it out loud is because I consider all of you friends and I generally don't hold back when that's the case..

While posting the initial request I had no other intention except ensuring more ease in navigating the CC and it's comments.heck I myself am guilty of forgetting it sometimes

I am thankful that everyone gets to rant and have their say here..makes one want to visit IF and I hope we can move on from here and continue enjoying each other's company

I know ecri..it was not only the repeated quoting but the quoting of long posts that made past few pages difficult

It's that which prompted me to make the request..coz sometimes the posts get so thin and long on quoting that I end up missing conversations because it's tedious to read..that's the only reason I posted that
