actually when you are creating a email id in gmail , gmail itself asks you the phone number.

Maine 3 id's create kiye gmail me they didnt ask for phone no , but now they are asking for it.

And FB/TWitter se voot pe vote karsakte hai ??

Its even more easier to hide behind MID and changong proxy is getting easy day by day with tons of VPN softwares obviously this 16 year old site sucks big time tracking MIDs.

^Any of these will work. They give you a new email address each time you visit their website and you can also create your custom one. Insert the email they give you/you create and keep the window open until you get the 'confirm your account' email from Twitter. That's it! :)
