Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma is one
show that can even beat the run time of
Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. The
show
has even managed to be one of the Top
10
shows for a very long time now. But it
has
fallen into a soup sadly. A Sikh
community is
protesting and demanding a ban on the
show for hurting their religious
sentiments. SGPC chief Kirpal Singh
Badungar said, in a statement to the
media,
that the serial hurt the community by
showing a living character of tenth Sikh
Guru Gobind Singh, which was against
the
Sikh tenets.
He added, "No actor or any character can
equate himself with the tenth Sikh Guru
Gobind Singh. Such an act is
unpardonable.
Well, we're sure the writers and the
director
did whatever they did in good faith but
the
community has definitely not taken it
well. In
fact, the chief also warned the writer
and
director of the show to not show such
blasphemous content on the small
screen.
This won't be the first time that a show
has
been demanded to be taken off-air
because
of its content. Remember the Pehredaar
Piya
Ki incident? There were petitions of all
sort
to ban the show from television. (ALSO

Information and Broadcasting Minister,
Smriti Irani had to face the heat from the
audience and the channel was forced to
take it off air. Well, the content of the
show
was quite bizarre, to be honest, and
nobody
was ready to hear the justifications out
from
the writers of the show. Looks like
banning
shows or rather demanding a ban on
them
is the new trend that people and
communities are following these days.
And TMKOC has been one of India's
favourite
show for over eight years now.
We tried contacting Dilip Joshi, Disha
Vakani
and Munmun Dutta to comment on the
issue
but they remained unavailable to
comment.
We guess they'll speak when the channel
and makers have figured out a way to
sort
the issue out.

Now that's some shocking news! Rumour
has it that Juhi Parmar and Sachin Shroff are
calling it quits after eight years of marriage.
The couple got married in 2009 and things
have apparently been very difficult for the
couple. According to reports in TOI, the
couple have been living separately for over a
year now and the issues have been
irreparable. Their daughter Samaira has
been living with Juhi ever since she moved
out of their house. Their troubled marriage
was a hot topic of discussion a couple of
years back but the two had then announced
that they very much want to be together.
A source close to the couple told the portal,
"While everything was fine during the initial
years of marriage, trouble started brewing
over a period of time. Differences crept into
their relationship, which now seem
irreconcilable. Sachin was conspicuous by
his absence even at the launch of Juhi's
mythological show Siddharth Kumar
Tewary's Karmphal Data Shani'. They have
been staying separately for almost a year.
Samaira stays with Juhi, who will soon file
for divorce. There is no chance of
reconciliation. Looks like another marriage
in the TV town is heading for Splitsville and
we're not too thrilled about it. (ALSO

Fans are obviously going to be super upset
with this news but we hope the best for
Juhi and Sachin. The two had met while
shooting for a pilot episode of a show that
got shelved later. They fell in love after five
months and got married soon after. In an
interview to Deccan Chronicle, Sachin had
told, "We met while shooting for a pilot
episode for a show. We were friends for a
very long time. Five months later, we got in
touch, and love just happened. We both
wanted to be together and were sure about
getting married to each other.
Their wedding was one grand affair in a
palace in Jaipur. It was one of top 50 royal
weddings and a very memorable one,
indeed. Juhi and Sachin have not
commented on the issue yet.

Meh I hate juhi, she was such a bitch in BIGG boss

lolz i've followed her for years courtesy Kumkum, and even now,though i haven't followed her as closely, or avidly since it's closure, it's enough to know whats happening in her life. I said the exact same thing to mum a good 5-6 months back, that Juhi and Sachin have most likely split/divorced. Her instagram is full of her pics with her daughter, and Sachin is nowhere to be seen, even on family vacations, he's never around her parents, she's never around his family, he didn't even bother going to the launch of Shani, while even Hussain made it a point to show up. The last thing in particular, was a HUGE giveaway. and this is just an observation, not saying its definitely true, but her MIL did NOT look happy on her daughter's birthday... lastly, i never felt like Juhi really loved him, imo she just wanted the, yes I'm married and yes i have a husband tag, so she married anyone she could find so she could have kids. Coz she clearly dots on her daughter..
