She used to watch Ek Haseena Thi so she knows the guy who is playing the CBI officer's father and she said he is a fab actor. That's exactly how she said and I could not make 2+2 because I don't know what 2 actually is 😉 She also is familiar with Anju Mahendra and Narayani Shastri and she also loves Anami.

She will be travelling to US next week, so I can start watching with her and she can help me understand the story and the characters. 😃

SONY thrived on reality shows. There was a time when i only watched SONY the reason was simple. Indian Idol, Jhalak dikhlaja and KBC apart from CID😆 and Jassi😃 and also due to some unknown reason only SONY was telecasted in Canada at that time. Not that i had time to watch anything else. All these were friday/Saturday shows.

There was this show made by YRF Khottey Sikkey that too aired on SONY. One of the best shows out there but was a late night show. Their shows like aahat, adalat and the ones on crime like Crime patrol, Comedy Circus and Kapil Sharma show too were high trp gainers.

I think that channel thrives on different genre. Although few shows were great. Bade Acche and Itna karo na muje pyaar and our all time fav EDKV.😃

I so miss the Movers and Shakers. If anyone recall that show.

Sony is a progressive channel and hence, has put forth some good shows, I wish they bring the seasons back for the older shows.

Even Crime Patrol and Adalat seemed to be decent.

The problem is they just havant marketed themselves as a brand GEC like SP. And, hence the issues. But they have a niche
