That's what I am saying too.. D's part was shot in 2016 only..

And S was in Kannur too.. but her portion was partly done earlier itself in 2013.. mostly patch work was remaining for that scene (which they shot for - when waiting for D to arrive, he came 2 days later after KRG's birthday) and even in the movie, u could tell in places which part of this scene was shot in 2016 and which was shot in 2013..

Sorry to interrupt but I think the entire first meet of Amara deva was shot in 2013/14 only the portion where Amara and kattappa fights with the goons inside the jungle was recently shot.

Just saying this on the basis of the way his face differed in those scenes. Maybe I am wrong 😕
