This blog post is from a series of personal analysis of BB2 that I enjoy reading. But it kind of reminded me of the "weak link" in script. When that minister reads Sivakami's letter in Kindala court, he never mentions the name of the groom. Isn't it necessary to have the name of the groom mentioned in a marriage proposal invite? I feel like this is a blooper. At least logically someone should have asked, okay Sivakami has two sons, one of whom has recently been announced as a crown prince, so which son do you mean to marry off to our Devasena!!! But no one does!!!

sivagami's mention as Son is Bhalla, while she mentions Baahu with name or as king.

I think it was meant to be that way.

Universally, be it any culture or time, and precisely to avoid confusion just like this situation, groom's name is always mentioned clearly in engagement and marriage proposal invites. But I guess there was no other way to move the story forward!!! Free ya viduvom! 😉

As you yourself said it, to avoid confusion.. Here the script very much needed the confusion and it was introduced that way.. There is no way they are showing the reality out there.. It's all "what if" situations and that go wrong in many ways.. 😉
