As much as I hated saanjh behaviour today but then her disbelief does makes sense. Most importantly she doesn't hold the past grudges. She feels if there is a problem in arjun s life then she can solve it.

Old habits die hard😆

But I really wanted Saanjh to focus on her life and samay.
Poor thing the guy is struggling for her attention.

I didn't mind the slap, but the gandi zubaan dialogue should've stung and stung badly.

Even if I want to root for SaaJun, there's very little (if anything) at this moment that suggests to a logical brain that it would be better than SamSaa. Yeh banda cook bhi kar sakta hai, I doubt if Arjun's every cooked something for her? 😆

Other noticeable points- Shubh not shaking hands with Samay when introduced to his future BIL?

Maya putting her foot on Jhanvi's shoulder- that I thought was very disrespectful.

What should I conclude about maya keeping her foot on jhanvi?
Some daughters do behave like that with their mothers.
It looks disrespectful from a third person angle.

Shub was probably more focused on TV

Does it makes sense?

@aekiel - Gandi juban was in the heat of moment. 😆

But shouldn't as a friend he understand that it was an accident and he should reconcile with her. It has been three years.

Saanjh still lives in guilt I guess

I know some daughters do- they ever had a similar scene between Maya and Jhanvi earlier in this serial when Jhanvi was doing her nails.

But to put the foot on the shoulder of her paralysed mother (who's also in tears) doesn't seem quite right.

Gandi zubaan was in the heat of the moment yes, but what had she ever done before to deserve the gandi adjective? If he had only said zubaan par naam mat lena, or bhool ja ki tera koi duffer tha or something to that extent, it would've been ok.

Given that he's done very little (or nothing!) for her, and she's done everything for him (till that point), that adjective looks even worse.

Ofcourse maya keeping foot on jhanvi looks worse
I don't deny the words coming out of arjun s mouth were disgusting.Saanjh reaction to those words and his slap is
something that irks us. I also dislike it like where is her
self respect? But if something happens to our best friend
due to our mistake will we still think about the slap and his reaction? It's not a small thing arjun lost his baby. It's a huge
thing for saanjh that arjun words and slap made no difference
to her. She thought she deserved it.

You do have a point.I guess I went a bit overboard with my anger at Saanjh's behaviour😆
I understand that from her POV the Arjun whom she had known would never do that. But then she saw Arjun's footage on TV.And did it ever occur to her that he might have changed in all these three years??

Well as you said, old habits die hard.😆Saanjh believes that she can solve Arjun's problems. But I don't want her to run after Arjun all the time.
I am liking this new guy Samay a lot.I want Saanjh to pay him some attention.😳😆

I get what the makers are trying to show, i guess and i think this makes sense.

2 extremes of love for Arjun. At one extreme we have Maya who has purely selfish motives, of safeguarding only her own interests and her concept of beyhadh love. At the other extreme is Saanjh, who cannot for the life of her think of anything other than Arjun's well-being. Even if it means compromising on her self respect.

For Saanjh, Arjun matters and for Maya, her beyhadh junoon matters. Both relationships are detrimental to the couple involved. Saanjh loses her self respect, Maya loses her sanity, and Arjun gets suffocated.

Neither SaaJun nor ArYa should be end game i feel now. Because Saanjh, no matter how good a heart she is, is slowly destroying herself too, by loving Arjun so much. Maya, no matter how troubled a past she has had, does not deserve love until and unless she is cured of her mental illness. Love is only going to prove to be destruction for her, atm. Arjun, no matter what he does will remain a duffer and will never understand these 2 extremes of love and will invariably get suffocated.

So makers are basically trying to tell us that too much of love is not good. Either too much this side(obsessive) or too much that side(selfless).

What else should we make out of Saanjh's behaviour? Samay is such a hot n nice guy, and Arjun has humiliated u and slapped u in front of a bunch of ppl and all u care about is Arjun? She may be feeling guilty but even she knew it was an accident. Surely Arjun would realise in 3 yrs that it was an accident right? Teri thodi si bhi parwaah hoti usko toh baat karne ki koshish karta. Seriously Saanjh should focus on her life with Samay. I was so excited to watch Saanjh and Samay together but i don't think that is going to happen. Because of the concept of the show revolves around these 3-maya, Arjun and Saanjh. Samay is just going to probably help Saanjh to solve Maya's mystery and help Arjun.

I think you have hit the point over here.👏👏
The tagline of Beyhadh makes sense with respect to both the forms of love.Excess of anything is disastrous.Even love. And that rule remains the same for all the forms of love.Be it Maya's love which seeks to control and dominate or Saanjh's selfless love which is no less than a form of devotion. Both the girls love Arjun excessively and in a manner it leads both the girls towards self destruction.

Arjun is unable to understand either forms of love because he was not prepared for love.Neither can he understand Maya's obsession nor can he understand Saanjh's attachment.Naturally he will feel suppressed under Maya and will suppress Saanjh under himself. It's like a never ending cycle.

Both ArYa and SaaJun can prove to be disastrous for all three of them.

Samay,I guess,is here to break that cycle of Beyhadh love.If he pairs up with Saanjh then he will take her out of the cycle and if he joins hands with her to pull off Maya's cover even then he will be removing one person from the equation.

You've summed up and articulated what i wanted to say perfectly. 😊

About Samay, yeah i think i agree with u. The way he switched off the TV, or put those pakodas on the newspaper, it surely meant something. He will break this vicious cycle by taking Saanjh away from this mess of Maya and Arjun, or will help them out n sort it once n for all. He will probably be getting all 3 out of this mess. I just hope in the end he takes Saanjh with him to London and never returns. And ArYa can be happy with maya healed and realising what true love means. Anyway, let's wait and watch.
