Padma , do some simple neck exercises regularly and take a simple painkiller . You will be fine by tomorrow . Or if you already consulted a doctor , then follow that advice . Get well soon Madam . 🤗Take good care of yourself.

Have done that Avi, getting releaf for some time but again the pain surfaces soon after getting up from sleep. The pain is on right side of neck and above shoulder. You know I took pain killer, hot bag massage and hand massage also but no respite.

Even I went to doctor, there were lot of patients seeing that we came back. Hope tomorrow morning I may feel better.
