I was fasting one day for Mahashivratri and then shopping. I couldn't bear the restaurants selling delicious food items for even few hours.

Erika I swear when you are fasting and have to go shopping - its like the smell of the food attacks you like missiles

You are the target who has to make escape from the smell, sight of the savoury dishes

It was the first time and last time I ever fasted and that too for half day

I don't need to diet as anyways I'm underweight 😭😆

Am overweight and seriously need to reduce weight

I only observe the Navratri fasts that are going on but when I think I need to start fasting a little more in the hope I may cut down on those kilos😆
