Lovely to see Riya around, wonder when Branka will be able to come back.

Nice write up on the Karwa Chauth festival, Madi, it is a huge festival in some parts of India! I liked the quote you posted too earlier, just that I am so disoriented these days, forget to acknowledge!

Mrs Soma Baneerjee is relieved that Rahul Raj Singh is not a participant of the Salman Khan hosted show, Bigg Boss 10. We understand her sentiments

So, there had been whispers that Rahul Raj Singh- (late) TV actress Pratyusha's boyfriend- Rahul Raj Singh- might find a place in Bigg Boss 10. We don't know if the show's broadcaster Colors had indeed contacted him with an offer- wouldn't be surprised if they had 'coz controversial people always work for this show- but at the end of the day, he is still cooling his heels at home.

However, one person has definitely not taken those whispers well- Pratyusha's mother Soma Banerjee.

Speaking to SpotboyE.com, Mrs Banerjee said, "What on earth is happening? How could the channel (Read: Colors) contact Rahul Raj Singh?"

"And why should such a man be on national television? What message would he have sent out? He is accused of killing my daughter and he has still not been proved innocent. Thank God that he finally didn't make it," she added.

Pratyusha was found hanging from a fan ceiling at her residence in Goregaon, on April 1, 2016.

Soma and her husband Shankar suspect that Rahul Raj Singh is behind their daughter's death, and that there's more than what meets the eye, hinting at a possible murder rather than a mere suicide.

When the various tentative lists of Bigg Boss 10 contestants started doing the rounds, the latePratyusha Banerjees boyfriend Rahul Raj Singhs name was on most of them. He didn't finally make the cut (or didn't take the offer) and Pratyusha's mother Soma seems relieved.

When contacted by SpotBoye.com, she was angry at Colors for offering him the show. Here's what she said -

What on earth is happening? How could the channel contact Rahul Raj Singh? And why should such a man be on national television? What message would he have sent out? He is accused of killing my daughter and he has still not been proved innocent. Thank God that he finally didn't make it."
