Here is how you do it in a smartphone using UC Web --->
Go to "Settings" ----> "Browsing Settings" ----> "Image Quality" (Right at the Top) ----> Choose "Text-Only".
Or there is an option in the Main settings Menu itself titled "Text-Only" ( it will be the second option from the top) ----> Select it and you will be good to go.
If you are using a computer, download a Text-Only Extension for Chrome.
P.S. I don't have access to a computer right now, so I can't verify any particular extension, so go to the Google store and search "text only" or "text only mode" and choose an extension that will be appropriate for you.
