I know this is a fanclub chat but I'm so disappointed in Ranveer for doing that disgusting and sexist ad . Since the company has removed the ad, I hope he issues a apology soon..though it won't sound sincere to me cause why even agree to such an ad in the first place. Sigh..I'm really disappointed guys.

I can see why the timing may make you think that. But in this case the ad isn't even related to the Befikre..how would it help sell the film?

I feel like using the publicity excuse is such an easy cop-out. Especially in Salman's case, that was definitely his own doing. It was a slip-of-tongue, especially with the way he said it so casually. That's probably the language he uses in private 🤢 Plus his films sell on his name alone, he didn't need that type of publicity.

I'm not letting Ranveer off the hook here. He signed the dotted line and shot for the ad knowing what it represented. It's so hard to like celebs outside of their work

Yep its definetely a bad move. But its definetely not just one of the ad prints its clearly made for controversy. Dont know if JJ or Team Ranveer is behind it. Good or Bad still its publicity it doesnt need to do anything with Befikre but Ranveers name is enough which is right now attached to Befikre also JJ benifts cause their brand will be highlighted in newspaper.

So the slogan made the ad cheap i dont want to good talk Ranveer cause there must be a reason why he done that kind of photoshoot so its not photoshop and he clearly knew what he has done. But how far he indulges to all the slogans with the Dont Hold back. I am not sure.

Defintely happy that JJ respond to it really fast and stop that ad print.
