Supreme court rejects plea to cancel Pratyusha Banerjee's boyfriend's bail.

The apex court, comprising Justice P.C. Ghosh and Justice Amitava Roy, dismissed the plea of Soma Banerjee as withdrawn as a bench did not accept the plea that he should be charged for murder.

New Delhi, May 30 : The Supreme court on Monday declined a plea by the mother of late actress Pratyusha Banerjee seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail of Rahul Raj Singh, accused of abetment to suicide of the "Balika Vadhu" star. The apex court, comprising Justice P.C. Ghosh and Justice Amitava Roy, dismissed the plea of Soma Banerjee as withdrawn as a bench did not accept the plea that he should be charged for murder.

When the court was urged that only custodial interrogation can establish the charge of murder, the bench, not impressed by the plea, asked if Maharashtra police has filed any application challenging the grant of anticipatory bail.

The court dismissed the plea by Soma Banerjee as the bench was told by her council that the Maharashtra police has not moved any application contesting grant of anticipatory bail to Rahul Raj Singh by the state High Court.

Now Pratyusha and her parents will never get justice😭. No body will ever know the truth though everything is crystal clear and on everybody's face. This leech will try more to cash upon her memories😡

Hmm, putting emotions aside for a moment, want to think what exactly made the High Court and Supreme Court consistently refuse this murder charge. I think his building has CCTV, so the time of her death as worked out by the postmortem doctors, does not coincide with his entrance or exit from the building, so the police are going by the premise that he wasn't there around the time of her death but he surely drove her to suicide and abetment is a bailable offense

But girls, do not be too disappointed, be calm, he will not escape his Karma which does its duty diligently!

You are right Vibha. There was CCTV in the building. It was carefully planned so that no evidence can be found. Rest that leech deleted from her mobile.

Agree with you @bold, once he is free will not waste time to trap another catch. Also don't get surprised if he appear in Big Boss this year.

But one thing is no one will ever come to know the truth, though everything is is on public face😭

To establish the truth about what happened that day , the police did not gather the evidence from the site immediately . If wrongdoing is found, the authorities should bring to justice and discipline or punish those responsible, for that, they have to prevent him from entering the premises after her declared dead by the doctors . The Hospital authorities have to inform police immediately , and have to keep that **** there itself . How there were so many flaws presence / happened one after the other ? Is it not a stage managed show ???
The Mumbai Police in this case have failed to meet the normal investigation standards. These practical flaws undoubtedly influenced this case. But they did not explain the height factor while hanging herself , many inconsistencies, and systematic partiality which made the case weaken further that have marked the inefficiency of the investigators .
The failure of Mumbai police while collecting the providential evidences for operational investigation as a first step in checking a suspicious killing or other possible crime which is the main cause , which weakened this case . But this first step is seriously flawed, because it is based on the assumption that she was committed suicide , and later confirmed by her parents unfortunately by filing the case under IPC Section 306 , who acted wrongly by taken too much time to tell the truth. Since no external witness testimony is gathered during a debriefing, there is no means of checking whether someone is telling the truth or not - all the proceedings were well planned by the culprit , and her parents were at the beginning ill-advised for filing the case under section which issues bail to the culprit easily . At present the situation is very scary , at every step he is managing very smartly , covering the truth from all corners , preventing the truth to come out from any angle , very very scary situation , threatening the witness , managing media in a cunning way ... where are we going ... is it the system we are living with ??? Where is the safety for the girls in this Indian society ? 😡 Till now no one talked about the CCTV in that society , and if it is there , they will say , that day it did not work , there are many ways to project the lie as truth , but unfortunately there is only one way to show the truth , that is the honest way , which is no where to see in this case' investigation !

Madhu it is very unfortunate that non-professional investigators like you and me can detect the flaws, but the actual professionals like police overlooked it. The evidence was there which was destroyed by the culprit once he diverted everyone's attention. Remember there was ample of time after she was admitted into the hospital. He vanished from hospital and surrendered to police next day morning.

So when police actually went to her flat vital evidence was deleted without a trace.

Now coming to people who say she deserve this, to them I ask had she known that this guy is not trust worthy? Was it written on his face? Even we common people did not know a person of his name, though he worked in one or two TV projects, forget rumors. Even within the industry no body will tell.

Now why Kamya is clarifying about Prat's and Karan? Where was she when Prat's was accused? Why did she remove her from BCL team if she knew that Prat's was innocent?

Vrhovni sud je odbacio molbu da se ponisti kaucija/jamstvo za momka Pratyushe Banerjee

Vrhovni sud, sa predsedavajucim sucem PC Ghosh i sucem Amitava Roy, odbili su molbu Some Banerjee kao povucenu, jer sudije nisu prihvatile njenu molbu da se njega treba optuziti za ubistvo.

New Delhi, 30. Maj: Vrhovni je sud saslusao u ponedeljak molbu majke pokojne glumice Pratyushe Banerjee, kojom je ona trazila ponistavanje kaucije/jamstva koje je odobreno rrs koji je optuzen za podsticanje na samoubistvo glumice koja je glumila u BV.

Vrhovni sud, sa predsedavajucim sucem PC Ghosh i sucem Amitava Roy, odbili su molbu Some Banerjee kao povucenu, jer sudije nisu prihvatile njenu molbu da se njega treba optuziti za ubistvo.
Kada je sud ubedjivan da jedino istraga dok je rrs u zatvoru, moze da podigne optuznicu za ubistvo, sugije u klupama, koji nisu bili impresionirani molbom, su pitali da li je Maharasthra policija podnela bilo kakav zahtev kojim se izaziva (preispituje) dodelivanje kaucije/pustanje na slobodu uz jamstvo.

Sud je odbacio molbu podnesenu od strane Soma Banerjee, jer je zastupnik Pratsine majke rekao da Maharashtra policija nije podnela bilo kakav zahtev za preispitivanje odluke drzavnog visokog suda o dodeli kaucije/jamstva rrs
