went to teh doctor's today, have sprained my left ankle
Doctor ordered a blood test and they had to take it twice as in the first try they could not get the required amount

The next time they took it from the back of the palm which is still hurting

Hope you get fine soon. Mom has a similar issue as her right ankle is aching due a sprain. She would also need to take a blood test if doctor asks

I have realised that all doctors majority of the time order a blood test
It is still hurting but I'm a survivor
