*Waves back at Bristy*
Limon, Bristy, I agree with you guys. Both the character and the actress Nikita are compelling. Thank god for Sumo, in Indian soaps, the heroine is ever so faultless, ever so perfect, such a do-good-er that she's hardly a person. It's refreshing to see an imperfect heroine and Nikita's portrayal is very balanced, very natural.
Regarding Naimik, since he plays this suave businessman, we are bound to compare him with Barun's ASR.
The thing with Barun is that he exudes confidence as an actor when he's onscreen, in each of his characters, be it ASR or Shravan or even Sukhi, he's just very comfortable in the skin of the guy he plays. So all that suaveness, all that hurt beneath it, it looked very natural. Each twitch measured, each expression on point.
He doesn't exude that confidence when he's anchoring, unlike acting which seems to be the most natural thing to do for him, he looked uneasy while anchoring.
Now Naimik is better than many leading men on TV at present and as Limon ben said, he's improving with every episode, which is really great but what I did find lacking was the kind of comfortable-in-my-skin thing this character would require. Which is why he looks awkward and not natural. On the hand, the teen version of Shravan, that dude's fantastic.
