What do you mean how will it relate to Christmas? The entire setting is on Christmas so we weave in each of the activities into the day.

Meenzy the task has been made much easier now. We can continue with the same plan with the kids, except get rid of the storytelling about Christmas.

Christmas will just be there as a setting and that's it.

We are not replacing anything dude. The field trip plan is still up, but we won't talk a lot about Christmas in the posts instead give more attention for the kids.

I am the captain Aditi. And sorry for the delayed replies I am in class.

Actually we sort have a change of plans to make it more interesting and focus on the kids.

So here is the new idea:

We all go to an orphanage to spend Christmas with the kids. And on the day, we go on a field trip and visit different places with the kids. Since it is all about giving it is more possible to imply that through different places/activities that they do and show their experience.

A rough layout of the thread:

1. Morning of Christmas, gifts opening
2. Breakfast, getting ready, and storytelling
3. Visit to the Church
4. Sleigh ride through the towns
5. Visit to the Hershey's Chocolate Factory
6. Rehearsals for the show at night
7. The Big Nutcracker Performance
8. Dinner

This is what we have so far. We shall go from here to build the whole day in the thread. Everyone can start posting ideas on how to build the posts.
